Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition Physical Editions Delayed To 2022 For Switch
Following the game’s difficult launch, Rockstar Games has announced that the physical editions for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition have been delayed for all platforms.
Originally planned to launch on December 7th 2021, the physical release for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy has been pushed back to 2022 for Switch and to December 17th 2021 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. At the time of this writing, no specific reasons for the delay have been given, but it is likely due to the bugs and graphical issues the game had when it launched.
The release dates for the physical versions of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition have changed.
Xbox Series X / Xbox One and PS4 will now release on December 17. The Nintendo Switch version is coming in early 2022.
