Happy Birthday Pokemon GO!

How time flies – today marks the 1 year anniversary of the launch of Pokemon GO.

Pokemon GO has come a long way since it first begun. The game was famously overwhelmed during the early stages of its launch, resulting in a staggered launch for all countries. Many people who’ve never had access to the Pokemon IP before now do thanks to Pokemon GO.

As we cross the 1 year anniversary of Pokemon GO, we can see how much progress the game has made in a year. Last year, the first Generation 2 Pokemon was added to the game and the Pokemon GO Plus accessory was released. This year, trainers now get to work together in Raid Battles, and the gym system has been refreshed.

How would Pokemon GO look like a year from today? We hope there would be more surprises and improvements in time to come.
