Thanks to IGN, we now have a proper side-by-side comparison of both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 console below. As you can see, the PS5 clearly towers around three times over the Nintendo hybrid handheld when standing upright! Even when laid on its side, the PS5 is still as thick as the Nintendo Switch’s height when docked!

While the Nintendo Switch isn’t exactly all that portable itself, this really puts its compactness into perspective! If you’ve been considering a PS5 for your gaming room, you better make sure there’s enough room!
