Niantic and The Pokemon Company are bringing back Legendary Pokemon Lugia and Ho-Oh to Raid Battles from December 14 to December 17, 2018.
If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Lugia or Shiny Ho-Oh while taking them on in Raid Battles.
