A stereo headset manufactured by HORI has been announced for release in Japan. It will be able to support both the upcoming Switch voice chat app coming to smartphones as well as in-game audio from Nintendo Switch. The headset is designed after the in-game Forima brand headset in Splatoon 2, which was previously revealed on Twitter earlier today. A diagram below shows how the headset connects to both devices together.
With a special design and dual audio capabilities, it’s certain that the headset will sell out pretty quickly in Japan. We will keep you updated once there’s news of its release in the west.
