Switch owners can soon look forward to accessorizing their systems with some cool new controllers and more!
HORI and The Pokemon Company have announced the release of new Switch accessories – all of which feature artwork of Pikachu, Mimikyu, and Gengar. These new items are set for a release later in September 2022.
First off are two sets of HORI Split Pad Fit controllers – with one set featuring Pikachu and Mimikyu, while the other set will feature Gengar. As reported previously, the HORI Split Pad Fit is a more ergonomic redesign of HORI’s Split Pad Pro that looks more like regular Joy-con controllers, although they lack features such as wireless connectivity and gyro sensing.
Next up is a HORI Medium Pouch for Nintendo Switch, which features artwork of Pikachu, Mimikyu, and Gengar altogether. The pouch is able to hold a regular Switch console (or a Switch OLED Model console) with extra space for game cards and other accessories.
Currently, Amazon Japan has listings for all three items although none are open for purchase right now. If you’re still keen to take a look, you can find links to each product below:
