Koei Tecmo has shared some updated sales figures for Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity, their second Musou game based on Nintendo’s Legend Of Zelda.
As of January 5th 2022, Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity has shipped over 4 million units worldwide, including both digital and physical sales. This is a 300k increase since the last time its sales figures were reported last April, where it sat at 3.7 million units sold.
As shared by @Stealth40k, Age of Calamity is now easily Nintendo and Koei Tecmo’s most successful outing together on Switch, and is one of Koei Tecmo’s best selling titles in quite some time. This success could mean that we’ll be seeing more Nintendo-themed Musou games from Koei Tecmo in the future.
