Earlier this week, gamers around the world were furious after discovering IGN reviewer Filip Miucin plagiarized a smaller Youtuber’s Dead Cells review.
Due to the damning evidence shown, IGN had no choice but to fire Filip. Kotaku also discovered Filip was already plagiarizing Nintendo Life’s reviews even before he joined IGN.
Filip has now posted a video to tell his side of the story. Instead of apologizing to the people whose work he has plagiarized or admitting what he did was wrong, Filip said what he did was “not intentional” while “taking responsibility for what happened”. He did not even apologize to Boomstick Gaming, but rather, gave him “best wishes”.
