Inazuma Eleven: Great Road Of Heroes Facing Difficulties, Level-5 CEO Hopes To Update Fans By April
It looks like Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes might be facing even more trouble than just a mere delay.
Today, Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino released a new statement on the current status of the game – revealing that it was currently facing some development difficulties. Namely, the team behind the game had changed its engine, which has set back development.
As such, Akihiro hoped that he and Level-5 would be able to reveal more about the game by April 2020 instead:
“You have been waiting too long for Inazuma Eleven Heroes’ Great Road, but it’s just as you have guessed: We also had things like changing the engine, and the development is in a difficult situation. I hope I can announce its directions like in what form it will be released, sometime by April. This picture has not been revealed before. Please wait a bit more.”
There is a silver lining to this announcement, however. To tide fans over during the wait, Akihiro shared the promotional image above – featuring various protagonists from across the franchise!
We’ll report back as we hear more (hopefully soon). Stay tuned.
