It seems that the Nintendo Switch has become a bigger hit than many have thought this holiday season in the United States.
According to industry analyst Benji Sales, shortages for the original Nintendo Switch model are becoming more widespread in the United States ahead of Christmas. The Switch Lite, on the other hand, has plenty of stock left for all three colors.
We could see a similar trend in Japan, where the original Nintendo Switch is selling way better than the Nintendo Switch Lite. That said, there aren’t any shortages in Japan at this time.
