Several hours ago, we reported on an eBay seller who was offering a Nintendo Switch Super Smash Bros. Ultimate set for USD1250 on eBay.

The set is scheduled to officially launch on November 16, 2018, which is a few weeks away from today. Despite the absurd price, it appears someone has purchased the set from the eBay seller. The final price tag? USD1095.

It is unbelievable to see someone paying that much money to get their hands on the console early, but to some people a thousand dollars is spare change.
