It looks like the Pokémon Sun & Moon anime will be celebrating New Years in its own special way.
The Pokémon Company has unveiled that a special tribute episode will be airing on 4 January 2019. It will feature various clips from the anime’s past 1,000+ episodes – ever since the series commenced in 1997.
The company did not give further details on which episodes would get more focus, although they did mention that it would feature clips from the Sun & Moon season as well. We’ll report back if anything interesting about this episode crops up!
