Today finally marks the release of the award-winning Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition – which finally caps off years of development on the indie title. As part of this impressive milestone, it looks like its developer Cardboard Computer has also included a fun surprise for family and friends playing the game together.
The game now reportedly sports an unique multiplayer mode, where players pass the controller to each other – whenever they feel like it. Essentially, it’s a party-style system where players share the ability to make decisions in the game.

While bizarre, it definitely seems like a nice addition to include everyone sitting around the television with this game! We’ll report back if we hear about anymore interesting additions to this release of the narrative-driven title.
