Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 DLC Pack 2 And 3 Receive New Release Windows In Japan
Several months ago, Marvel Games announced an expansion pass for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order on Switch, which would add content from Marvel Knights, X-Men, and Fantastic Four to the game.
Since then, only the Marvel Knights DLC pack has been released so far, with Nintendo and Marvel remaining oddly silent about the other two packs. Today however, we finally have an estimated release window for both the X-Men and Fantastic Four DLC packs, courtesy of the Japanese eshop.
As discovered by a few users on Twitter and Resetera, the Japanese eshop has updated with new release windows for both DLC packs. The X-Men DLC pack is now slated to arrive “before 30 April 2020” and the Fantastic Four Pack “before 31st July 2020”. Unfortunately, no further details about the packs were revealed beyond this.
Soooo it look like I found the dates for marvel ultimate alliance 3 dlc in the jpn store. It would make sense for why the news have been lacking.#mua3 pic.twitter.com/TTcxzRBrTo

That said, these dates are currently only listed on the Japanese eshop, while the NA/EU eshops still have the original “2019/2020” release windows. However, should the DLC packs have been delayed in other regions also, it would explain why Nintendo and Marvel have been so quiet about them as of late.
Whatever the case, we will just have to wait until more official details are revealed about the status of the DLC packs. We will be sure to bring the latest updates as they come.
