Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai provided an important piece of advice to those who have yet to receive their Piranha Plant download code after many days.

The director wrote on Twitter players who did not receive the code after following all the steps should contact the Nintendo customer support team of their region. It’s best to do this as soon as possible, even though the code expires on June 30, 2019. Some users have reported not receiving their codes up till now, so hopefully this will help.
