Famitsu has announced Metal Max Xeno Reborn is heading to Nintendo Switch in Japan in Winter 2019.
Metal Max Xeno Reborn is a remake of Metal Max Xeno, which previously launched on PS4 and PS Vita in 2018. The remake will feature graphic enhancements and overhauls to the gameplay system, as well as the reappearance of series icon “Pochi”.
In addition, Metal Max Xeno Reborn will see an end to the random encounters system, which was part of many Metal Max Xeno games. It will be replaced by field encounters – players which walk into enemies will transition seamless to enemy battles.
Development for Metal Max Xeno Reborn is currently 65% complete.
