Metroid Dread Has Risen To The Top Of Amazon’s Bestsellers For Video Games In The US

Following its exciting announcement this week, it looks like folks are already throwing their cash at Metroid Dread for Nintendo Switch!

According to online retailer Amazon’s list of bestselling videogames in the US, the all-new Metroid adventure is now the bestselling physical title for the current period (only being outdone by digital download cards). The next bestselling physical title is the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and following that is Mario Golf: Super Rush.


For now, it looks like Nintendo’s decision continue the series has reaped some attention from Switch owners and (of course) Metroid fans. We’ll report back as we hear more in the future!
