Mojang has released a new episode of Minecraft Live, discussing major news from various parts of the franchise.

The May 2026 showcase reveals the title of the upcoming second Minecraft Movie: Minecraft Squared, and confirms that Kirsten Stewart has been cast opposite Jack Black as Steve’s female counterpart Alex.
