Monolith Soft Now Has 272 Employees

Monolith Soft, the studio behind Xenoblade Chronicles, has updated their employee headcount in April 2021.

As of April 2021, Monolith Soft has increased its staff count to 272 employees – with 72.4% being male and 27.6% being female. This represents an increase of 22 employees for the studio, since its previous staff report in August 2020.

Other interesting metrics include:

  • Average time an employee has worked continuously for Monolith Soft is 6 years (as of December 2020)
  • Average employee age is 36 years old (as of December 2020)
