Craving some old-fashioned monster collecting fun?
The retro-style monster catching RPG Monster Crown is now available for purchase on Switch. To commemorate the occasion, Nintendo has shared a new launch trailer for the game highlighting its various monsters and features. Check it out below along with some additional details via publisher Soedesco:
SOEDESCO launches dark monster taming RPG Monster Crown on Nintendo Switch and PC after being in Early Access for a year on Steam®. During this period, the game has gotten over 40 updates, including 10 content updates that added portions of the story to the game, new monsters, features and new regions.
Studio Aurum Founder Jason Walsh couldn’t be more proud of the 5-year passion project:
“As a kid who grew up playing monster taming games, the idea of making my own and one day releasing it to the world was something I didn’t dare dream. To celebrate the launch, SOEDESCO released a brand-new trailer that highlights what Monster Crown is all about: breeding over 200 base monsters to create more than 1200 species, making pacts with monsters for shelter in exchange for their protection, and journeying to restore balance on Crown Island from an evil ruler that is seeking power.
