Square Enix has announced they are working on a new Dragon Quest Monsters game for Switch.

Dragon Quest Monsters is a spin-off of Square Enix’s Dragon Quest series, where players capture and raise various iconic monsters from the franchise. This new game was announced for Switch in a video celebrating the spin-off’s 25th anniversary, which has not received a new console game since 2016.
