Amid the current global lockdown, it looks like Nintendo is helping Japanese fans stay connected with the world of Switch gaming.
The company has just released a new ‘My Nintendo‘ app for iOS/Android within Japan – and it includes all kinds of handy features. For example, users can read Nintendo news, watch videos (e.g. Nintendo Directs), purchase Nintendo Switch games, view play records (from their Switch, 3DS or Wii U), and ‘check-in’ at the Nintendo Tokyo store.

For now, we don’t know if Nintendo will be releasing this handy app worldwide. We’ll report back if or when we hear more!
