Yesterday, we reported on rumors about an all-new Pokemon anime series in the works – which may possibly take place across different regions in the Pokemon world. While these specific details are not clear yet, we can now confirm that part of that leaked info was genuine!

The Pokemon Company has released a new trailer confirming that an all-new Pokemon anime series is indeed on its way – simply titled “Pocket Monsters”. The trailer is even spot-on with the rumor, featuring a quick vignette of every starter Pokemon from all 8 regions so far, including the Galar region!

The Pokemon Company also confirmed that it would reveal more details about this new anime on 29 September 2019, which matches up perfectly with the rumor again. Additionally, fans can now wait for more updates at @anipoke_PR – a new dedicated Twitter for the project.
