GalaxyTrail Mix gave us a new look at Freedom Planet 2 during its live stream earlier today.
The gameplay footage shown by Didurio showed that the game contains an adventure and a classic mode which let you progress through a hub world vs a continuous set of levels.
The Adventure mode shows new features such as the BattleSphere, animated sprites and voice acting for cutscenes, a store, and several new characters.
While it wasn’t confirmed to be coming to Switch, the game’s predecessor did come to the Nintendo console so it may still be possible with this game.
There is no release date as of now but you can watch all of the new gameplay footage in the recording of the stream down below.
