Nintendo has released an update for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Nintendo Switch.
Version 1.3.1 fixes a minor issue for players playing Master Mode, in which defeating certain enemies for Kilton were not counted towards completion. It’s now working properly in the latest update.
A new News Channel called “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Tips of the Wild” will be opening on August 9th. It will be accessible via News on the HOME Menu. Certain articles will feature in-game items that can be obtained by simply launching the software from the article. However, depending on the player’s progress and location, some items may not be obtainable.
Other than the two changes, Nintendo has implemented “various fixes to improve gameplay”.
To download the update, simply follow four simple instructions below.
- Connect the Nintendo Switch console to the Internet.
- Return to the HOME Menu and launch the game.
- The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
- Once the update is installed, the newest version number will be displayed on the title screen.
