Before release, it was stated that Splatoon 2 would be supported with new weapons and stages for one year. However, it seems that this support will be extended at least through December 2018 with new weapons, gear, and stages.

They also showed off a new stage that looks to take place on a rooftop resort. No title yet for that one, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated with all the Splatoon news.
