niconico, a video streaming service similar to Youtube that’s popular in Japan, is about to end all of its Wii U services this year.
According to an announcement made by the company, niconico will no longer be usable on Wii U from November 28, 2019. In addition, the sales of niconico Premium Tickets will end August 1, 2019 on the Nintendo eShop.
Those who wish to continue using niconico could do so on Nintendo Switch.
