Between July and August, Nintendo has filed a huge number of patents related to the recently released The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
A total of 32 patents were submitted, with all but 1 specifically connected to the aforementioned game. Some of the things covered by the patents include Link’s abilities such as Fuse and Ultrahand, NPC’s abilities and even the game’s loading sequences. On that note, all of the patents seem to focus on gameplay and mechanics already present in the game and do not seem to hint at any future content that could come out later on.
