For the past few months, Nintendo games and eshop cards have been missing from retailer Amazon’s storefront, starting from the cancellation of pre-orders for several Nintendo titles back in April.
According to reports, it seems Amazon is once again selling physical Nintendo games on their store, with listings for The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom now up. Presumably, this means whatever was going on behind the scenes has been resolved for now, and Nintendo titles will be returning to Amazon in due course.
At the time of this writing, it is not known what triggered the initial pre-order cancellations and store page removals of Nintendo’s products from Amazon. According to reports, Nintendo refused to comment on the situation when asked, so it is likely we will not get a full explanation.
