The cumulative total of Nintendo Switch systems sold in Japan have crossed 4 million as of last week.

According to Famitsu, 51,563 Nintendo Switch consoles were sold last week, bringing the Switch’s total lifetime sales over 4 million by its 56th week.

In comparison, in took 54 weeks for Wii to sell 4 million consoles in Japan.
