On this day two years ago, October 20, 2016, Nintendo officially revealed their game changing console – Nintendo Switch.
The highly anticipated reveal was made through a short trailer showing how the Nintendo Switch works in TV Mode, Handheld Mode, and Tabletop Mode, as well as the ability to play with friends and loved ones. Before the Switch was revealed, it was called “Nintendo NX”.
It wouldn’t be until January 2017 where we learned the price, release date, and games for the system. For nostalgia’s sake, we leave you with the reveal trailer below.
