Nintendo has announced they will be updating the domain name of their official European websites.
Starting from April 9th 2024, the domain names for Nintendo’s European websites will be changed to match the format used by its websites for other regions, namely the “Nintendo.com/country” format. Fans who had the previous pages already bookmarked will not need to update them, as the old domain will automatically redirect visitors to the new one.
Presumably, this update is being rolled out due to “server environment improvements”, similar to the updating of the Japanese website domain a few months back. Stay tuned for more updates should they become available.
