Bandai Namco Entertainment has put out a tweet clarifying that the retail version of Tales Of Vesperia Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch will not require an additional download in North America.

The company says the box art “is not final” and the game will ship on a 16GB Game Card, similar to what’s confirmed in Europe earlier. This also means the box art will not come with the dreaded “download required” notice.

Apologies for the confusion, that is not the final box art for the Switch version and it WILL ship on a 16 GB cart, NO additional download will be required. Pre-Order AWAY!
