It is not every day you see Pikachu balloons, especially within other Pikachu balloons, being hung up as decoration. But if from now to 14 January 2018, a 4.5m x 5.1m x3.5m big Pikachu balloon hangs within the Yomiuri Shimbun building in Tokyo.
The balloon, which contains 170 smaller Pikachu balloons within it, and the occasional Ditto fakes, is hung up to hype up the atmosphere for the upcoming 3rd Dragon King Tournament.
