The Pokemon Company has revealed the next Max Raid Event for Pokemon Sword And Shield.
This time, the event revolves around all members of the Pikachu line as well as Mimikyu, which will appear as Max Raid battles at higher rates than normal. This includes Pichu, Pikachu, Raichu and Alolan Raichu. Furthermore, players may have a chance to encounter a guaranteed Shiny Pikachu. Oddly enough, it seems Gigantamax Pikachu is not included in this event.
In order to activate these events, players will have to select “Get Wild Area News” in the Mystery Gift option. It will run from now until August 9th.
