Pikmin 3 Taken Down From Wii U eShop After Pikmin 3 Deluxe Announcement

Nintendo has taken down Pikmin 3 from the Wii U Nintendo eShop, following the announcement of Pikmin 3 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch.

Reason behind the take down is unknown, but the pricing difference may be an issue as Pikmin 3 was going for USD19.99 on the Wii U, while Pikmin 3 Deluxe will retail for USD59.99. This is pretty much similar to whatever happened with Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.
