Pokemon Art Education Exhibit And Poke Ball Workshop Announced For March/April 2024 In Japan

The Pokemon Company has announced “Think with Pokemon: Art & Environment Education 2″ , an art exhibit featuring Pokemon in Japan.

The exhibition will be hosted by Tama Art University Bureau at Tokyo Midtown Design Hub from March 28, 2024, to April 6, 2024. The main focus of the exhibit will be Pokemon sculptures made by upcycling discarded materials, such as a Cramorant sculpture made from old sandals and fabric, as well as a Lugia sculpture made of computer and game console parts.

Aside from the exhibit, there will also be a Pokeball design workshop hosted at the same location from March 30, 2024, and April 6, 2024. Participants will be able to design their own Pokeballs made out of used cardboard, with a mechanism that allows it to open like in the games. However, this workshop is only open to elementary students accompanied by one parent/guardian, with reservations opening on March 14th 2024.

More information can be found on the exhibit’s official web page here.
