Looks like 2018 has been shaping up to be a very important year for the Pokemon Center in Japan, as another important milestone is about to be hit besides the opening of Pokemon Center Tokyo DX.
On April 25, 2018, the Pokemon Center will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in Japan. That’s right – it has been 20 years since the very first Pokemon Center opened in Japan.
To commemorate this moment, a Pokemon Center 20th Anniversary Campaign has been announced, which will be taking place across all Pokemon Center and Pokemon Store locations in Japan between April 25 to June 30, 2018.
While details are still scarce at the moment, fans can expect complimentary presents when shopping at Pokemon Centers, battle events, Pokemon greetings, and even a Pokemon distribution for Pokemon Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon, Sun, and Moon.
