Usually Pokemon Centers (or anything else for that matter) celebrate the anniversary of their opening or launch. But The Pokemon Company takes things a step further as they’ve announced celebrations for the 1st anniversary of Pokemon Center Skytree Town’s Renewal (renovation).
The celebrations will begin on January 1, 2018, which marks 1 year since Skytree Town’s renewal. Customers who visit the store will receive a clear file of a Rayquaza costume Pikachu (between January 1 to 20) and a clear file of Rayquaza costume Pikachu plus other Pokemon (from January 20 onward). No purchase is necessary as the files will be given for free.
From January 1 to 8 and January 13 to 25, 2018, the Rayquaza costume Pikachu mascot duo will appear in the store to greet Pokemon trainers of all ages. The mascot duo will appear every 2 hours for approximately 30 minutes (10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm). Schedule subject to change depending on human traffic in the store.
Last but not least you can have a Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon battle with the staff at Pokemon Center Skytree Town anytime from January 1 to 8 and January 13 to February 25, 2018.
