As announced earlier, Pokemon’s 25th anniversary celebrations are now underway. Along with promotional trading cards, virtual concerts, and more, it looks like plushie collectors can also reserve some new plushie friends in advance to celebrate the occasion!
The Pokemon Center Online website in the west has opened pre-orders for a new series of 25th Anniversary Pikachu plushies. Each plushie will feature a male and female Pikachu that are dressed up as their respective regions’ Pokemon trainers – with the first two pairs featuring the Galar and Alola regions respectively. Both plushies will be shipping sometime in mid-June 2021.
