Following the announcement earlier this week, the big Mega Evolution update for Pokemon GO is now live worldwide.

The update makes a number of improvements to the game’s Mega Evolution mechanic, and also marks the start of the “Mega Moment” event which will run from April 29th till May 1st 2022. This event will make select Pokemon with Mega Evolutions spawn in the wild more frequently, and will introduce Mega Kangaskan in Raid Battles.
