Pokemon GO Safari Zone Sentosa Announced In Singapore

The Pokemon Company and Niantic have announced Pokemon GO Safari Zone Sentosa, the first ever Safari Zone for Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The event is scheduled to take place from April 18 to April 22, 2019 Registration is free and will begin on March 5 and end on March 7, 2019. The registration form is here.

Full details below:

Trainers from all over the world will gather at Sentosa from 18-22 April 2019,  for Singapore’s first-ever Pokémon GO Safari.

Taking place across The State of Fun, from the Sentosa Boardwalk to Tanjong Beach, Pokémon GO Safari Zone Sentosa will see players hunting their favourite Pokémon including some that do not often appear in Singapore, or even Southeast Asia such as Shiny Shuckle, Tropius, and more!

Attendance is restricted to ONE DAY per person. Those who attempt to attend multiple days will be rejected, and their tickets may be voided. Register by 23:59, 7 March 2019 for your chance to receive a ticket.

If you are successful, a confirmation email containing a QR code that serves as a ticket to the event will be sent to you on 11 March 2019.

This is a free event to be enjoyed by all trainers, so make plans early to ensure you obtain transportation and accommodations for the event. Don’t worry. Trainers without a QR code can still enjoy a day of fun at Sentosa, as they will experience normal gameplay.

Players can also look forward to team rest areas, where they can mingle, swap tips, trade Pokémon with fellow trainers from Instinct, Mystic and Valor, and enjoy the all-round camaraderie Pokémon GO is known for!

Dates: 18 – 22 April 2019
Time: 10am – 8pm
Location: Sentosa (directions)
Registration Period: 5 -7 March 2019
Cost: Free
Thanks, JW.
