The Pokemon Company has announced a scheduled maintenance for Pokemon HOME.
Pokemon HOME for Switch and Mobile will be down for maintenance from June 17th 09:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC. After this, players will be required to update the app to Version 1.1 on Switch and 1.2 on Mobile to use it. Presumably, this maintenance is to enable the transfer of new Pokemon with the Isle Of Armor update.
