Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee Will Not Support The Pro Controller
We have some bad news for those of you who love playing with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.
According to Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee’s Japanese and Korean Nintendo eShop listings, the game does not support the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. While it is unclear why that is the case, we speculate it’s most likely due to the “throwing” motion that needs to be performed by users when catching a Pokemon.
Other control options supported include a single Joy-Con, Poke Ball Plus, and the touchscreen.
Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee is the third major Nintendo Switch game not to support the Pro Controller. Super Mario Party and The World Ends with You: Final Remix do not support the Pro Controller either.
