Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and Game Freak, the owners of the Pokemon brand, have registered a new trademark for “Pokemon MEZASTAR” in Japan.
Pokemon MEZASTAR is reportedly the successor to the arcade game Pokémon Ga-Olé, although it is currently unknown when it will release. The trademark consists of the above logo as well as the game’s Japanese name (ポケモンメザスタ). The application applies to “video game program”, “downloadable video game program” and more.
We will be sure to share more information about this title as it comes.
