The Pokemon Company has announced they will be adding connectivity with Pokemon GO to Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

As detailed in the recent Pokemon Presents showcase, the Pokemon Scarlet And Violet will be able to connect to Pokemon GO later today and vice versa. This connectivity will allow players to do the following things:

• Send postcards from Pokemon GO to Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, which will change the pattern of Vivillon that appear in the latter game.
• Send data from Pokemon Scarlet/Violet to Pokemon GO, allowing Roaming Form Gimmighoul to be caught in the mobile title.
