The Pokemon Company has announced a special distribution for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet in Japan.

From November 2023,  players who visit a Pokemon Center in Japan during their birthday month will receive a serial code that will allow them to receive either a Pawmi or Characadet in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. In order to claim this gift, players must bring along their Switch console and Pokemon Scarlet or Violet game and show them to the staff at the Pokemon Center.

This distribution will reportedly run for one year until October 2024, so players will have ample time to stop by when they happen to meet the requirements.
