The Pokemon Company has announced the first Ranked Battle series for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

Pokemon Scarlet And Violet‘s Ranked Battle Series 1 will begin on December 2nd 2022 and will run all the way until January 31st 2022. Players who participate in at least one match will be eligible to receive various rewards. Players can use any Pokemon from the Paldea Pokedex except for Legendary and Paradox Pokemon.

According to Serebii.net, the Pokemon Company will also be fixing a “problem related to balance” when the series starts. It is not known what this problem could be, but it could be the RNG issue that players discovered with the Battle Stadium Doubles format. We will be sure to report back if we hear more.
