Leakers and dataminers have found a crucial piece of evidence that signifies the lack of a third version or sequel to Pokemon Sword and Shield.

The reason behind this is because Pokemon Sword and Shield already has move tutors. Usually move tutors are reserved for the third version or sequel of a Pokemon game. Hence, it’s unlikely Pokemon Sword and Shield will have a third version or sequel.
