Pokemon Sword And Shield Surpass Pokemon Let’s GO Lifetime Sales In Japan In 10 Days

Today we have some incredible news to share with you about Pokemon Sword and Shield in Japan.

Although Pokemon Sword and Shield were released 10 days ago in Japan, its lifetime sales have beaten Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee’s lifetime sales in Japan. Pokemon Sword and Shield sold 1.74 million copies in Japan in 10 days, as compared to Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee’s 1.66 million copies in 1 year.

This obviously shows how much interest players have in a ‘real’ mainline Pokemon game.
